Our influencer marketing strategy centers on authenticity and trust. Through our partnership with Hummingbirds, a specialized influencer marketing platform, we identify and collaborate with local content creators who genuinely connect with their followers. These "hummingbirds" – micro-influencers from diverse backgrounds, ages, and culinary preferences – share their real experiences with beef, whether through recipe creation or restaurant reviews.

While many of Lauren's followers initially followed plant-forward diets, her authentic enthusiasm for beef recipes has helped shift perceptions. Comments on her posts frequently show followers expressing newfound interest in incorporating beef into their meal planning.
