Breakfast Steak Pizza

This recipe uses fully-cooked beef steak strips. Such brands are Louis Rich Carving Board Beef Steak Strips found in the lunch meats section or Tyson Seasoned Beef Strips found in the frozen foods case. Or you could substitute cooked ground beef crumbles.
Makes 6 to 8 slices
Ingredients
1 package (6 ounces) fully-cooked, grilled steak strips
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 cup each, shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese
1 14-inch pre-baked pizza crust (or Boboli crust)
1 cup thick salsa
Instructions
- Blend eggs and milk and microwave for 2 minutes on high, stirring once. Eggs should be almost done. Chop eggs coarsely.
- Place crust on baking pan. Spread eggs evenly on pizza crust. Top with steak strips and shredded cheeses.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 8 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut and serve with salsa if desired.
